This Refund Policy explains our position on payments and refunds for PTEfy coaching plans. Please read it before you enrol.
All plan payments are final
When you sign up for any PTEfy plan and complete payment, that payment is final. If you sign up for a plan, there is no refund process. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be paused, credited, or adjusted once your enrolment is confirmed.
Why we have this policy
Seats in each cohort are limited, and your place is reserved the moment you pay. Access to coaching and materials begins right away, which is why we are unable to offer refunds once you enrol.
Before you pay
Please choose your plan carefully. If you are unsure which plan fits your goal, message us on WhatsApp or email info@ptefy.com before you pay, and we will help you choose the right one.
If PTEfy cancels
If we cancel a cohort or are genuinely unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will offer you a transfer to another cohort or a credit toward another plan.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or excluded.
