PTE Core results are valid for two years from your test date. That window sounds long, but it can catch people out when their profile sits in the pool for months. Here is how to plan around it.

How long is a PTE Core score valid?

Your PTE Core result is valid for two years from the day you take the test. For immigration, your result needs to still be valid on the day IRCC receives your application, not just the day you enter the pool. If your test expires while you are waiting, you may have to retake it before you can submit.
